Founded in Indonesia, PT Falak Jaya Furnitama was one of the largest wooden furniture manufacturers in the country. We were proud to be the major outdoor wooden furniture supplier for major US retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, and many others. Our commitment to responsible purchasing of forest products and forest certification was evident through our achievement of Chain of Custody certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) in 1999. We sourced our wood products from sustainably managed forests or woodland, ensuring our commitment to responsible forest management. In early 2000s, we were the second company to join WWF's Indonesia Forest & Trade Network (IFTN), furthering our industry leadership.
Unfortunately, the 2008 financial crisis forced us to close our factory doors due to sudden order loss, impacting our operations significantly.
Fast forward to 2016, the original team of PT FALAK gathered again and founded PT Gofada Berkat Utama. We are excited to bring our expertise and experience in wooden furniture manufacturing to another level.
